Updates to the server are as follows: - Decreased humiliation round time to ten seconds.
- Fixed Waiting for Players time at the start of each map. Finally.
- Changed sv_allow_wait_command to 1. This allows the wait command to be used. A poll will go up on the boards in a couple days to see how players feel about this.
Updates to the server rules are as follows: - The server is no longer about being equal. Scripts are allowed, thanks to the people who didn't want to click twelve times like everyone else. Considering allowing third party programs for people who are too lazy to aim.

Faded's sarcasm aside, this merits a little bit of explanation. Well, the wait command does. The moderators had a long discussion about this topic, and we decided that the problems caused by disabling the wait command: a combination of frustrating users via lockups and causing people to not want to join because of the changes they would have to endure, outweighed those created by allowing it: allowing players who understand scripting and use it to have an innate advantage over those who do not or who choose not to.
As all things are, this rules change is subject to change if the moderation staff feels that it is in the best interests of the server to do so. We will gladly take opinions from the community on this matter, and if Valve changes the implementation of the sv_allow_wait_command function, this rule may be modified at that time as well.
EDIT: Use of colons makes my sentences easier to read.
