Somehow faded, I suspected as much. My empire will smash yours!
EDIT: I like your link better.

I watched the whole demo and am thoroughly unimpressed. I can dig strategy games, but this doesn't look like my cup of tea.

I bought the PS3 version the other day. Kinda neat - and kinda tough too. I keep running out of hexes!

I'm only excited because it seems to be a very simple turn-based strategy game. I hate RTS, and I hate strategy games that get overly complicated.
(I love the Civilization line, but only if I win before the steam age. Or if it's Civilization Revolution on DS.)

I think the simple game design is what has gotten me interested in this. Sins is very complicated with an ~ 2hours of tutorials that barely scratch the surface of gameplay. I appreciate the fact that 5 different types of units can provide an interesting experience with the unique gameplay mechanic.

For me, hate isn't the word at all, but I almost kinda agree. -I like any good strategy game, but simple is a big plus and turn based is even better. So, yeah, I'll probably be picking this up when it hits windows.

Looks cool. Between this Frozen synapses, Subversion (no real link for this, in production game by Introversion), and Starcraft 2 (do I even have to supply a link? I don't think so) I'm going to be all strataegyed out in the coming year(s).

And if I can ever forgive CA for totally screwing over anyone who bought ETW, there's NTW to think about, too (they released a bunch of "updates" that broke the game and promised that all the errors and poor programming will be fixed... in NTW)

Has anyone heard anything about this lately? I thought it was supposed to come out in April...

Funny, I was actually thinking about this recently.
Sources say it's been out on consoles since mid-February, and it expected to come out on PC "sometime." I'm going to wait for the PC release, myself.

I have checked a couple times, but I decided I would just wait for someone else to post about it here. Taking a while...

SIX AND A HALF MONTHS LATER, store.steampowered.com/app/48950/I want to buy it, but I'm running a little light on cash right now. Perhaps it'll be on a better sale during the end-of-December sale.

And so it was, and as such I bought it.
It is on a 50% off sale at the moment, if you anyone cares to get it.

It is pretty good. It would be a great game, but it seems to crash a lot. Hopefully that gets patched so I can call it a great game!

I wish I had gotten this when it was 2.50... guess I'm going to wait for another sale.

I haven't really gotten to play a proper game yet but the tutorial seemed pretty cool.

I have it installed on my laptop to play during class (although I haven't much yet due to culminating tasks and exams), and it looks very good for a game with such low minimum requirements. I've enjoyed what little experience I have with it, too- it's simple enough to pick up right away but has good depth. Games are short and tons of fun. Definitely worth 5 bucks.
