Apparently, my average voice volume has been growing over the years. People are starting to complain. Does anyone know of a cheap way to dampen the sound in a room without having to put too many holes in walls?

Wait, you mean like your talking voice, not like your mic voice right? Just yell at them and throw empty cans until they go away.

You could wear a motorcycle helmet, or keep your mic in between folds of a scarf or other muffler around your mouth.
