I thought I had started a thread on this a while ago, but the forum's search engine says no. I was foaming at the mouth over this game at last year's E3, and it's finally coming out to computer. Anyone else intrigued? I'll be significantly less interested if I've got to play it by myself. store.steampowered.com/app/45750/Interesting features: - Mechs! - Grappling Hooks! Craw should be all over that. - Big Bosses! That are BIG! - Co-Op!

Word on the street is, bring friends if you're going into LP2. It's balanced for multi.
...although I haven't played it myself so I can't confirm it.

I was rather interested at first but, since the PC delays and flopping launch date, I have had second thoughts.

So, anyone who enjoys the following should buy LP2:
- Grappling hooks: All players have grappling hooks that they can use to rappel up buildings or onto monsters. - Really, really, really big monsters: If people haven't seen the salamander that you can leap into and shoot his guts, just know that he's one of the smaller ones. - Co-Op modes: One boss fight almost necessitates three people to work efficiently. - 'Mechs (or "Vital Suits", *wink, wink* Capcom): There are SO many. Including some that have multiple seats, or ride along ladders for teammates.
I had some hesitations about this game, despite playing it at E3. I probably would not have gotten it if I hadn't been gifted it for christmas. But it is awesome. And it is pretty. And you can grapple onto almost everything. And the bosses are superomegawtfawesome huge.
