I'm sensing a pattern here... What, that a small portion of the TF2 community is devoted to finding glitches in VALVe's software? And some of those glitches can be used to gain an un-fair edge for certain players? And those few players that manipulate the system unfairly will do so to such an extent that VALVe must create a reasonable response? And that such a response must both appease the majority of players, who serve as the financial backbone, and the few that figure out the glitches, whom have been shown as the creative minds behind modifications, maps, textures, and game modes which VALVe can then modify and benefit from when needed? And that such a structure for corporate correction will both negatively affect VALVe and the majority of players for a short time, and then justify that negative affect with a new, fair playing ground? And that this process will make VALVe shareholders and administrators alike wealthier as the future continues on? And that this process will inevitably continue until VALVe shuts down, their negative affects aren't justified by the positive affects, and/or the universe comes to a state uninhabitable to human life?

No, he means that Valve has now patched that specific glitch twice in two days. :-)
