I have an idea. It might be a good idea, it might be a terrible one. I want players on the server to be able to send messages to my new phone. I've come up with two quick methods that should work fine: Option 1: A plugin that allows players to send an email, then I log into that email on my phone. Option 2: A plugin that allows players to update a Twitter account, then I follow that account and have Twitter send me an email. I found this thing, but I don't really have an idea of what I should be doing with this. I've installed plugins before, but this one would require some modifications to get it the way I'd want it. Anyone here willing to help me out?

I think option 1 would be the simplest to implement. Assuming the functionality you want is:
/command "message"
Where sourcemod catches the message and uses something like sendmail to alert you. Ofc, there would need to be a timeout for this or someone could easily use it for griefing.
I'm going to assume it's really simple to add a /command with sourcemod plugins. The real trick would be allowing sourcemod to send an e-mail.
If I could find a decent crash course on sourcemod stuff I could try but, it's honestly simpler to just have a message in chat that occasionally says "Server problem? Players misbehaving? Email the admin: admininbox@mail.foo" every 15 minutes or so.

Nah, I'll just get on the server and ban them.
From that thing I linked, /tw seems to just be:
if(!(message[0] == '@') || !(message[1] == 't') || !(message[2] == 'w') || !(message[3] == ' ')) return PLUGIN_CONTINUE
Yeah, but nobody's going to take the time to open up an email client and/or web browser and send the admin a message, but "/report there's a hacker on the server" will actually happen.
