This may be more of a concern, but did lead to a considerable error in a map. Date: 2/25/10 Time: Around 9:30 - 10:30 P.M, C.S.T. A hacker joins, by the name of Skulls (or Skullz) and is obviously speed hacking. Although (at that time) it was making the game a little more difficult than it already was, nothing serious happened. We were playing on Egypt. Then the map switched to cp_steel (I think was the name: 5 control points, it goes A, B, C, D, E, or you can just capture E). The weird thing was now happening- the door leading to Control Point B from the attacking team's spawn was open, but it could neither be shot through or nor walked through, by either team. I suspected that this might be a server modification on MKWEA, but then skullz mentioned a sentence similar to, "Want me to turn on my hax?", at which point many people told him to F*** off. And being the meek and gentle person/thing that he is, he obviously Turns on his hax after being told no. He then proceeds to move very fast and shoot me through the door which was previously an invisible wall. I just wanted to tell that to someone who might be a bit more apt at dealing with these things. I do have video proof of this in the Source recorder, but if you really want to see it, it will take me a while. And FYI, skullz might have re-spawned and typed one of his codes wrong on Egypt, I copy/pasted this “sm_cvar host_timescale 5” from him.

I think we should take this list every time it is updated and add it to "the list of permabans".

Yeah. Next time, either tell one of the admins (Me, Rhench, Brian_Black, Whatsit, Church, or Small Girl), or if nobody is available, open console and type status, then get his Steam ID number. Should look something like STEAM_0:1:234567890.

If cake has a demo of it, would you be able to pull the steam ID from that? Pure-ignorance question, but seemed reasonable.

That's the engineer in me talking. Every once in a while the voices quiet down so it can be heard.
