So, pardon me for being a noob about such things, but does anybody have any idea whether or not it's possible to label things using other alphabets, such as Cyrillic? And if so, how would I do it? I've tried cutting and pasting from the Steam Browser and get nothing. And I've also tried checking out the Steam Forumz with no result. See...I've got a dandy of a idea for my minigun...

Have you tried changing your language settings in the steam options?

Let's try. Currently downloading the Cyrillic TF2. Although I suppose this means no one else will be able to see it... Kind of a lot of work for a obscure joke. Ah well, no one ever said that comedy was easy.

Nope, that didn't work. Still couldn't cut and paste the Cyrillic. Maybe the weird keyboard thing that people use when they want to type japanese/chinese (I don't know, I just saw characters) characters into TF2 chat?

Just so you know, I can cut and paste Cyrillic characters into chat, and as my player name all day long. It just won't do it for item names. I also learned about (thanks wikipedia) and tried wordpad-type unicode stuff, which also didn't work. Just added a x after the number. And English cutting and pasting into item names works just fine.

Huh, I guess they've stuck to english for the time being. Dunno why, it's a terrible language.
