So I was playing around with the Sandman on Nucleus earlier today and it occurred to me that if we get a bunch of scouts in a circle, they could just pass the ball to each other.
Then, if we add another scout (or two) at the supply cabinets adding more balls, the passing would just get faster and faster.
I would like to make this a reality, but obviously some coordination is required.

Sounds funny and if you got it working the sound of that many baseballs going at once would be awesome.

.... until one dickbag pyro ruins the parade.
wouldn't the scouts have to be on the same team, or do you have like, dueling scout bat rings in mind?

Trogdor and I were playing around with it the other day. If you angle it off the wall it'll bounce toward the scout, who will immediately pick it up if he doesn't have a baseball.
I'm thinking that since the scout can hit the ball immediately after he gets it, we can get a lot of balls in the air.
I guess it would be more like juggling. And then we can build complex arcs like a fountain, or maybe just put them all in a corner, see how many balls we can have out at one time. I dunno.

Lol. That was exactly my point. You like to do things in order to see if they can be done, not to serve some greater purpose. Frankly, I like that about you, so it wasn't intended as a put-down.
